Privacy notice

This notice explains, under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how personal data you send through boltkite.com is processed. The Turkish version prevails.

What we process

  • Contact form: full name, email address, company and website (optional), project type, budget range, start time and your message.
  • Technical records: the IP address, time and browser details of your visit, in server and security logs.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad tracking. When you switch language, a short-lived position marker with no personal data is kept in your browser's session storage so the page opens at the same spot, and is deleted right away.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your request and preparing a quote. Legal basis: directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse of the form and attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

The site is served through Cloudflare (USA) infrastructure, so your connection data (IP address) passes through it. Form contents are stored on our own server, and a notification reaches us as email through our email service provider. Transfers abroad follow the safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties or used for marketing.

Retention

Form messages are kept for up to 2 years after your request is concluded, and server and security logs for up to 6 months, then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know who it was transferred to, have it corrected, deleted or destroyed, have those actions notified to recipients, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
